For the month of December I raised the prices of vehicles again across the board, given that this month is the highest traveled month of the year. I raised Miami, Orlando, and Tampa weekday rates by one dollar, which continued from last month with 100% of the fleet rented. The weekend rates of the same three cities were increased by an additional three dollars from the previous month. This gamble was done due to knowing that families would be traveling more on the weekend rather than during the week. My instinct was wrong by only renting out 89% of the fleet but overall the gamble payed off with a net income of $8,657,458.
